A new starshatter exe with several bugfixes.

"This is an exe that was built by someone at starshattermods and it fixes quite a few problems. Unfortunately the person who coded it didn't use the SVN so his changes are lost to the ages. I'm sure The E will figure out what he did so it's probably no big deal."
