Made by Stratcomm, the Hedetet class destroyer is the Vasudan's answer to expendable shivan fleets. While this ship is not as graceful nor as aesthetic as the Hatshepsut, it's dual primary reactors and large weapons array more than makes up for its lack of firepower. It was originally designed as a small dreadnought, with a heavy armament but no fighterbay capabilities. However, Vasudan command decided that some fighter support was needed on a vessel of this size. Vasudan engineers responded by adding a fighterbay under the main guns, allowing for minimal redesign costs with maximal effectiveness.
